We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@novaceramics.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. This is my new favorite coffee mug! It’s so pretty, fits my car cup holder, and it keeps my coffee HOT for so long! It elevates my morning coffee car drive. A huge fav is that it is dishwasher safe including the sipper lid a sleeve. I highly recommend!

It’s absolutely beautiful, but you lose some of the color with the sleeve. This uses the 12 oz but plan on 10. Otherwise you’re spilling it. All in all, I wish I would have purchased the larger one.

Love my cup! The silicone lid had a strong chemical/cigarette smell but the support team recommended soaking in a 1:2 ratio of vinegar to water for 15min and that took the smell right out! I use 7.77oz Nespresso pods and it goes right to the brim so I’m not sure how that math works but honestly it’s perfect size and I’ve been using it daily!

Was not happy with color, I know that the color is random but mine is not what you call pretty. I know that’s my problem that’s the one I chose.

The cup design is very pretty. I like the way the cup feels in my hand. The silicone lid and sleeve are excellent. One hint: put the sleeve onto the cup before you fill the cup with a hot drink. I learned it’s awkward to try to do so after it’s full.
It’s even nicer than I expected. Likely to get more as gifts.
The heat protection ring that was provided to fit around the Nova cup doesn’t go up far enough. It sits too low around the cup instead of in the middle. Moreover despite using the heat protection ring provided for hot liquids, it did not keep my hand from feeling too much of the heat from freshly poured coffee. So much so that I had to switch cups and use a metal mug instead.
Nice cups should have gotten the 16 oz but I like them so much better than plastic

I ordered two mugs, one as a gift. They arrived together, and the gift was broken. They were shipped together in their boxes, but in an envelope, rather than a shipping box. Customer service was prompt to send a replacement, also in an envelope. That one arrived safely.
I wanted a cup which would fit nicely in my car cup holder and this does. I love the color and the look. Just find it a little difficult to get the sleeve on it but that’s a minor problem. Overall, I’m well pleased.
