We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@novaceramics.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

I absolutely LOVE the Aurora cup!! She’s a beauty!
This is my new favorite coffee mug! It’s so pretty, fits my car cup holder, and it keeps my coffee HOT for so long! It elevates my morning coffee car drive. A huge fav is that it is dishwasher safe including the sipper lid a sleeve. I highly recommend!

It’s absolutely beautiful, but you lose some of the color with the sleeve. This uses the 12 oz but plan on 10. Otherwise you’re spilling it. All in all, I wish I would have purchased the larger one.

Love my cup! The silicone lid had a strong chemical/cigarette smell but the support team recommended soaking in a 1:2 ratio of vinegar to water for 15min and that took the smell right out! I use 7.77oz Nespresso pods and it goes right to the brim so I’m not sure how that math works but honestly it’s perfect size and I’ve been using it daily!

What an artful and sturdy travel mug! I love it so much I bought another one as a gift for a family member. I purchased the Aurora in 12 oz. And 16 oz.
Colors bland.. thought it would be prettier.
The mug gets way too hot! You cannot enjoy using it unless you cover it with the rubber sleeve. It dosent show that in the advertisement. It’s false advertising. I paid a lot of money to cover it up. Also they came a month late. So no I’m not happy.
