We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@novaceramics.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

I was expecting more variety in the greens from the picture on the website, it's really more one solid color.

My coffee was cold before I could even finish my 16 oz mug. The silicone wrap is sat too low on the cup. The top is a little difficult to put on.. Other than that I like the style and design. I will keep it. Unfortunately I will not purchase another.

This is my fifth nova ceramics cup and I still use them all. They’re very cute and they are so easy to clean, and out of all the travel mugs I’ve tried, these are my favorites. The only tiny thing I don’t care for is that when I have a tea bag, the water follows the string out of the mug and into the cup holder of my car. So I make sure not to leave the tail out usually.

I got 4 of them.. they keep my coffee just the right temperature. I don't like hot thermo coffee cups on the go as they keep them too hot and this has been my go to cup. Only wish I would have gotten the 16 oz. I got the 12oz and my kcups fills to the rim of the 12 and it is hard to add a splash of cream. So my advice is get them them but get the 16oz! If they had a 14oz I would get them.
