We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Youโll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@novaceramics.co. If your return is accepted, weโll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

My only point of criticism is that itโs much shorter than I like or than it appears in ad photos, it feels small - it still holds 12 oz like my daily use mugs, but Iโd prefer a taller cup. Love the ceramic cup but itโs the lid for me, that I dislike. I put it in the dish washer to wash and I can smell the dishwashing pods that I use on the lid, for days. That smell mix with sips of my coffee is not great. Iโm sorry!!
