We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@novaceramics.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Exceptions / non-returnable items

I got this mug for my mom, because her favorite color is blue and she is always on the hunt for blue coffee cups. I will say, if you have a sensitivity to texture changes, this might not be the cup for you. The blue portion has a nice smooth finish, but the natural gray at the bottom does not and feels a little rough in comparison. However, if fidgets are your thing, this would be a nice discreet fidget for work or relaxation.
Who would’ve thought this cup could change my tea experience? Paper cups get too hot. SS cups make my tea taste funny. Those thermal ss cups keeps my tea too hot so I can enjoy while driving. I love the silicone wrap. I thought the silicone lid would be annoying , but I was wrong. I do have to let the tea cool and this is where the cup’s material works. My tea cools but still stays warm. I want to get the deep blue; it was sold out. I hope it returns!!! Thank you!!!
I LOVE these cups! Already bought more as gifts for family members. The two I bought, Coastal Drift and Cove both have beach vibes which I love and the sandy textures are a nice touch too!

I am delighted with this purchase. Before I had the Nova Ceramics mug, I would endure the spills and splashes that came from my insistence on drinking from a traditional ceramic mug wherever I went. I'm the kind of guy who would walk the dog with a traditional mug in hand, or take such a mug to the car even though it didn't fit the cup holder -- and suffer the console spills that inevitably came with it. Now, with the Nova Ceramics mug, I have one mug for the entire day. When I wake up, I can feel the joy of coffee on my lips from an open-top ceramic mug, or I can pop on the silicone lid (which, by the way, fits and drinks great) to walk the dog. It fits in my car cup holder, with or without its silicone sleeve. I love this. Bought my wife one too!
On March 5, 2026 I sent an email about the bumpy testure on the outside & Inside of the mug. I've attached pictures. I asking for a full refund. ***I ask for a refund & you send me a discount? Can you resolve my request before asking for more money?!?!

This is my replacement for the first that had multiple raised dots on the inside. This replacement has a row of dots on the outside and raised dots on the, paint drips on the inside! Very disappointing. I don’t even know if they are safe to drink from! Please refund my money. TY

Great cup! Just wish was a bit taller to hold a full 16 oz. I buy the 16 oz disposable cups and they hold a bit more coffee. I have a grind and brew espresso machine. I usually make a cafe lungo and then an espresso and still have room for creamer in the disposable cups. But my husband and I are happy with these beautiful cups!
It’s literally just ok for 34 bucks. The outside is not smooth, it’s gritty, so that’s not great to the touch. And you must use the sleeve otherwise it’s really hot. Idk overall, it’s underwhelming

The cup is pretty, and the silicone sleeve is great because the cup gets really hot. The downside is that it doesn’t stay hot long enough. So if you’re a slow sipper, it’s not great.

I gave my mom and sister a bouquet of flowers and put them in their new nova cups and they were raving about how adorable they were as floral vases, but then I told them they were actually drinking cups and they got even more excited. I brought several, kept one for myself, and kept another few to give as gifts.
16 oz cups should hold 16 oz of liquid, it only holds 13 oz. Also, it only keeps coffee hot for about 15 minutes. Disappointing. I wanted to like this cup, but sadly I do not.
