We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@novaceramics.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

This is my favorite travel cup, and I appreciate how my tea and coffee have no flavor transfers like stainless steel travel mugs do. I get compliments on it, and my daughter has “put her order in” for one as a birthday gift.
I bought two and they are absolutely beautiful. Perfect shape, comfortable to hold, and they fit in my car drink holders that are too small for mugs. I’m totally pleased.

Love the finish but dislike the lid and gripper being solid white ! The design is totally covered up. The one I got my wife has a see through grip and lid and it is much more desirable than the white one. The white one makes it look like a coffee cup from a gas station.

We love our Nova Ceramics mug. Coffee tastes like coffee and not metal in the ceramic mug. The mug is also beautiful, easy to take in the car and just feels so good to hold. Of course, the fact that it can go in the dishwasher is a huge bonus and frankly a must for our lifestyle. We definitely recommend the Nova Ceramics mugs.

The coffee doesn’t stay as hot without the plastic lid. However, the taste of plastic is a drawback. I do love the cup design and coffee and tea taste without the lid.

I have been watching these cups on line for months and finally pulled the trigger. Fortunately, I clicked the wrong button and ended up with the Neptune mug. It’s beautiful. The way it feels in my hand and when I drink from it is wonderful. I now have the best of both worlds! My coffee or tea in a real cup that fits in my car’s cup holder. It feels so fancy instead of the everyday tumbler. The colors and detail of the cup just make it better. Add to all of this top notch customer service. I know what friends are getting for Christmas!

Great cup! I ordered a 12 oz. one initially and decided I needed the 16 oz. version. Keeps coffee hot pretty long and the sleeve is a nice addition. So is the lid even though I don't use it.
