We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@novaceramics.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

These are my new favorite cups. They allow my tea to cool down unlike metal. Plastic is not good and I hate metal, so this is the cup for me.
The order never arrived
I miss the drips on my mug; besides that very beautiful. It just was kindda the main reason for me to get it.
It was not like the picture. I expected the “dripping pattern” like the advertisement showed. I received a linear version instead.
I do not like the straight across line between glazes. I specifically ordered this style for the irregular line.
The ‘drip’ is what gives each cup personality. This one got up late, didn’t shower, and was late to the bus stop.
I like the fact that this mug is ceramic as I’m trying to decrease exposure to plastic from coffee runs and also keep my wallet happier. I just do not like how this mug looked very different from the photo where the design was more of a “drip” and this is not, almost looks like someone put it on unevenly and was supposed to be straight. Would buy another in a solid color.
First one showed up broken I asked for a replacement and it was processed and shipped in a few days. Replacement showed up not broken and looks amazing, customer service was awesome and easy to work with
I do love this cup it’s very pretty and nice to have a ceramic to go cup versus the metal or plastic ones that distort flavor. The only downside is it is not insulated so doesn’t keep your drink warm for long.

I love having a coffee cup with no handles. Its perfect for traveling and to use at my recliner. Though the cups color design didn't arrive looking like the online photo so if you like the runny drip look there's no guarantee it'll come like that. They are all unique so you never know how its going to arrive. Other than that I think you'll be satisfied.

in my opinion its the best design in the collection, i didnt really like any others, the drip design is beautiful. other than the size being a bit too small, ill totally get a couple more if they ever come in 20z or 24oz sizes. but my other cup that was 24oz broke on my after a couple years. so this is perfect just what i was looking for. microwave/dishwasher safe is great for the warmer drinks. they dont look handmade but they do look hand dipped. either way its the cup i use daily now. looking forward to new designs & sizes!
