We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@novaceramics.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges

Refunds

I bought this mug for my husband for Father's Day and he loves it! He doesn't like drinking his coffee or tea from stainless steel so this was a great investment. I find myself reaching for this cup as well, I may need to buy one for myself.
Not exactly as pictured… I understand that each cup will be unique and one-of-a kind, but I am not happy with how this cup turned out and really think it is quite different from the pictures as advertised. A big issue is that I can very clearly see the demarcation from brown to black at the top of the cup, a very harsh line which is not pleasing to the eye in my opinion. In the advertised photos, you don’t see a harsh line and the colored effects are much more blended and the colors are more pronounced. The look of the cup is too different than what I expected and I confess I am disappointed for the price I paid.
