We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@novaceramics.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

This looks nothing like the website or even the photo you included in this survey email. Very disappointed considering the price. This should have been exceptional for what i paid for it. Home Goods sells coffee mugs for less than $10. Plus, if i remember correctly, the description said "hand made"....this was made in China and probably cost $2 to make. False advertising and im very disgusted.

Not the color pattern I wanted

I ordered this cup as it appeared to have excessive “dripping”. However, what I received had zero dripping. Very disappointing.

We just love these mugs! The bottoms are nice because they fit in our car AND truck cup holders. Several baristas love them too! We had to share where we purchased them. Warning: make sure you use the band that comes with the mug because it holds the heat of the coffee. This is a definite recommendation because it’s hard to find the “just right “ size and style of a good thick mug. This one is it! We’re extremely happy.
Cup is great it’s really not the pattern I ordered
I have bought these for family members as gifts, and I'm so jealous. I have a hard time giving them away. The next person who gets one, is me lol I was hoping the cup would have more black, so hopefully the next one I order does. That would be my only complaint, but it's still a beautiful cup.
Well I was excited about the Monsoon mug but the top of my mug is bland not like in the pictures. Because it's a pretty powerful top color in their pictures, but mine doesn't have that flare on the mug. I know each one is made by hand and they are all different but I don't like the bland look on the top part of the one I got. I do love the mugs. I think 16 Oz is the way to go over 12 Oz. I don't like the silicone lid. It fits beautifully but I can't stand the taste, feel and smell even after many washings. I'm hoping some disposable lids will fit.
