We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@novaceramics.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. I adore these mugs. They are heavy duty and keep your coffee hot. I love that I can take it in the car with me in the mornings when I am dropping my kids off at school.
My son loves his new Nova cup and uses it daily.
I’m very pleased with the style, color and travel ability of the 12 oz mug….there maybe a 16 oz size in my future. And I’ve received compliments too ! I’m not a fan of stainless cups. My only disappointment is that it’s made outside of America 🇺🇸

I love my new ceramic mug! I’ve never liked drinking coffee out of stainless steel cups and was so excited to try Nova Ceramics. Is absolutely beautiful, the quality is fantastic and I’ll be buying them as gifts in the future for sure.
I now own four of these outstanding ceramic travel mugs. I don't use the silicone holder as I love to feel the warmth of the coffee through the silky smooth ceramic walls. This might sound strange, or my Nespresso coffee isn't that hot, but it is an extremely comforting start to my day! Thank you for such a great product.

I love the look of this ceramic mug but was a bit frustrated when I used it with my Keurig. Since it was advertised as 12oz, I set the fill setting to 12oz and the coffee overflowed. A bit frustrating since I ordered 3 mugs hoping I could fill with my desired amount of coffee.

I originally got this for my husband when he mentioned he didn't like his stainless steel travel mugs because he felt like could taste the metal in his coffee. He loves it! Loves the color the material, everything! I had to buy one for myself. 😁

Bought this cup for my coffee while I drive to work. I’ve never liked putting my coffee in a large thermos and have never liked drinking out of stainless. This cup is perfect!
I’ve really enjoyed using the Mantle Cup 12oz. The size is perfect for a regular coffee and it fits comfortably in your hand and in cup holders. It keeps drinks warm longer than a typical travel cup, and the lid fits securely so I haven’t had issues with leaks. I also like the simple, clean design, it feels sturdy and well made. It’s become my go-to cup for morning coffee. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a reusable cup that’s practical and well designed.
My Nova 12 oz cup is what I’d been looking for as I had gotten tired of drinking from a metal travel mug. It’s the right size and weight and fits in my car drink holder.
