We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@novaceramics.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Love the design of my new mug! However, I got the 16oz size, and it definitely does NOT hold 16 oz of liquid. It only holds a little over 12oz comfortably. 16oz overflows the cup, which is very disappointing as I got the bigger size specifically. I'm not sure if this is an issue with my mug or if all of their mugs are actually smaller than listed. If the latter, then that is a huge oversight in either their quality control or their marketing. The mugs are beautiful, but just be aware if you want to use them for Keurig or as a personal cup for a coffee shop that they may hold less than they say they do, so adjust your buttons and coffee order appropriately!

Bought mug as gift for my wife from our sons. Received a broken mug and have not received a reply from customer service. Mugs are packaged tightly in a cardboard box with thin bubble wrap as well as a very thin bubble wrap shipping bag that barely fit the box. Very disappointed.

I’m loving my new Nova cup. I rarely need the sleeve and don’t use the lid except when I’m in the car briefly. The lid smelled strongly of silicone at first but I think that is dissipating. I’d love to get another one but need an excuse ☺️.

The cup is beautiful. It feels great to drink out of a beautiful ceramic mug. The only drawback is that the mug is too hot to the touch when you pour in a hot beverage. It stays hot for quite some time. But they do sell holders for the mugs which would take care of that problem.
