We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@novaceramics.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

I love the color of my grapefruit cup. The glaze is raised on cup creating a 3D look. It is so bright and beautiful.
Not even remotely close to the design pictured. I understand these are hand made but honestly the cup I received looks like it was made by a machine- hence losing the handmade touch.
Does not closely resemble the picture presented on the site. It has a noticeable dark drip on the rim and no color drips from the top color which should have been lighter. I wanted orange and light not orange and purple.
I love this mug - it is slightly different from the photo (no drips in the glaze) but considering they are all slightly different, that is totally expected. The color is great and it is so cute! I got one for myself and 2 more as gifts and they're the best!

I felt like the company had false advertising in a sense. I know each piece is created differently but on the website every single picture had the look of dripping paint and mine was straight across with no drippage.

Fell in love with the Orange cup with the waterfall of white do I ordered it. I got the 12 oz size. The one I received has a waterfall of reddish pink. Still pretty but disappointed.

The package arrived sooner than I expected and the affordability of the product was too great to pass up. I love the sunshine yellow or this cup. The cup has a nice weight to it and keeps the temperature of my coffee for quite a while.
When my order initially came in, I ended up disappointed. Though I was happy that my mug was delivered very quickly, it turned out I received the wrong mug color! Despite the sticker label on the box being correct, I had received a Coral Pink mug instead of the Grapefruit. I sent an email to Nova with a picture letting them know, but didn't want to keep my hopes up. Turns out I didn't need hope! They got back to me within a few hours, saying I could keep the Coral mug and they'd have the Grapefruit one to me immediately. Two days later, I have the mug I wanted and now a spare to gift to a friend. I'll be ordering more for sure for more gifts, knowing Nova is a supportive and responsive company who actually do care about their customers' satisfaction.

It's a beautiful cup but not as bright of color as the one pictured in the photo. I also was hoping for more of a drip look between the two glazes like the cup in the picture but it was more straight. I wish they offered more sizes and color variations. It came super fast in 2 no more than 3 days and was well packaged. It's a very good quality cup that fits great in my hand. I definately would recommend it.
