We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@novaceramics.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

This is our fourth cup and we love the Glacier pattern! Our cups are all 16 oz and we are enjoying near daily use. They feel great, work as well for cold or hot drinks, wash up easily, and are ready for the next trip.

Pretty and unique but a bit small
This mug is my daughter’s favorite birthday gift! It replaced her many plastic and metal travel mugs. She loves the ceramic design and the clean taste of her coffee in this mug and it fits perfectly in the car cup holders.
I have two of these tall 16oz cups and I LOVE THEM. They are my favorite and I use them with hot and cold drinks. They are well made and free of any weird textures or imperfections. They are very well made and beautiful. They make me smile every time I use them, and on a crazy busy chaotic day, it's a very needed and welcome moment of grounding.

To begin...my coffee tastes much better than drinking from the metal lined go cup I have been using...Thank You! I use it to refil at coffee shops and I consistently get compliments. The silicone sleeve is easy to put on, take off and certainly helps when hot. I have a 16oz...keeps coffee warm longer.. the silicone cap works well but it is hard to remove the coffee stain. Only thing I would change is maybe make it a little slimmer for easier grip and maybe consider adding some texture also for ease of grip.
