We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@novaceramics.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. So nice! this is the smaller version. It is great. Of course, ceramic is not as heat proof as the insulated "mugs" we have become used to so am grateful for the sleeve. The silicone lid fits perfectly. Overall very pleased.

While I think the look of my Dune mug is really beautiful, I have to say I was quite disappointed by the size. Saying these hold 12oz is absurd. I brewed my normal 7oz coffee into it the first day I got it and it overflowed onto my counter because the mug couldn’t hold all of it. If these were capable of holding 12oz, I should have had an extra 5oz empty space for my cream. Like I said, I was so disappointed by that, especially because I had purchased 2. I really loved the look though and had been looking for a nontoxic travel mug that was still really cute so I decided to order the 16oz ones. Luckily, those are also beautiful and are able to hold my coffee. However, I still don’t think they hold a full 16oz sadly.
It’s ok. Colors look great and nice looking mug. It doesn’t stay hot long, which is why I gave it 4 stars.
Actually get it never got delivered. It was never delivered properly and when I let you know you did nothing. I’m out money with nothing to show for it. Extremely disappointed.

Strictly speaking, this tumbler does not retain temperature at all. Within minutes, the drink inside reaches room temperature. While it looks nice, that’s essentially its only redeeming quality. From a practical standpoint, it’s certainly not worth the price.
Unfortunately, the performance falls far short where it matters most for a travel mug: heat retention. I filled it with hot coffee, and within about 20-25 minutes it was already lukewarm at best. By the 40-minute mark, it was barely warmer than room temperature. For a ceramic mug marketed as a “Dune Cup” (which suggests something durable and insulating), it simply doesn’t maintain heat for any worthwhile amount of time. At this price point, I’m quite disappointed. Since I’ve already used it, returning it isn’t really an option, so it’s now basically serving as a decorative piece on my home barista setup. If you’re buying this purely for looks and occasional short sips, it might be fine. But if you need your drink to stay hot for more than half an hour, I’d look elsewhere. Pretty, but not practical for actual use.

I purchased the beige/tan 12 oz mug. I love it. It's heavy in my hand, but in a sturdy way not a "this is not comfortable" way. It fits perfectly in my car cupholder w or w/o the silicone dress. The silicone dress is great at keeping fresh brewed coffee from burning my hands. I don't use the silicone spout so can't speak to that.
It didn't keep my coffee hot for very long.

Mostly good. I've been taking the lid off though to drink as not fond of the texture.
