We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@novaceramics.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds

This beautiful 16oz Cove cup came in perfect condition, looks exactly like the photo in your ad, and I have loved using it since the day it arrived. I really love that the sleeve and lid are the same soothing Cove blue! The cup with lid keeps my coffee hot and maintains the wonderful taste, and the sleeve keeps it from being too hot to handle. I sent information almost a week ago regarding the cove cup that arrived damaged. I am still waiting to hear from you in this matter. I am Just looking for a replacement. The rim is very rough in places where it is speckled.

The 16 oz Cove mug is a lovely mix of blues that wrap over the lip and into the mug itself. And then there are speckles. Just love the quality and feel of these for my morning matcha. The taller mugs allow me to froth the initial pour without it flying everywhere. Perfect. Thank you Nova Ceramics!

Love it! Says it’s 16oz but barely hold that much, more like 12-14 comfortably. It also gets very hot but the silicone sleeve helps with that. I love the color I chose, very beachy.
This cup is my all time favorite! The two I bought, Coastal Drift and Cove both have beach vibes which I love and the sandy textures are a nice touch too!
Please ensure the 16oz mug can actually safely hold 16oz of coffee/tea. This can’t even hold 16oz of any liquid (even 16oz of water overflows as you can see in the attached video). Unfortunately that means I won’t take this to a coffee shop (which is why I wanted this mug) as I won’t get my full 16oz coffee. Coffee shops (and even me in my own home) don’t fill to the rim. Love the look and feel - just really disappointed in the size not being as advertised.
This one is just the right size. It is very beautiful. I Use it each morning.

I absolutely love drinking coffee out of ceramic mugs and this allows me to either use it at home or take it on the go. The color choices are amazing too! The price is high, but the quality and sustainability makes up for it! I definitely recommend these mugs.

The first two or three of these I bought looks similar to the picture the last two not so much This one is closer than the second one I got with this disorder, but I don’t think I’ll keep ordering from them the cups that they have online looks a lot cooler than the cups. They actually sent you.

The shape of this cup fits perfectly into the curve of your hand. The softness of the ceramic is like being in connection with the clay it was created from. It is such a good feeling to drink out of this cup. I am thinking this is probably what you had in mind when you created these and I want you to know you knocked it out of the park.
