We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@novaceramics.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. I love my cove cup! It's the exact right size for how much coffee I drink, fits perfectly in my car cup holder. Keeps my coffee hot and doesn't allow spills with the optional lid. You do need to use the coordinating silicone sleeve because the outside of the cup is hot at first. And try to keep the lid clean because silicone retains all smells. I love this cup and would absolutely buy one as a gift in the future.

My cup is beautiful. The 12oz only holds about 8oz of liquid. I wish I had gotten the bigger one. It doesn’t keep my coffee hot for very long but I had my mom buy one too.
This blue cove is my first 16oz. I love all my cups. I have 4 and have gifted more. They go everywhere with me. Coffee taste better and stays warm in this ceramic. Beautiful to look at. The one I pick fits my mood or project for the day. Highly recommend!!

This mug came with a spot missing glaze. I have ordered many Nova cups and this one was a big disappointment.
I think it would’ve been better if the very base of the cup was at least the width of the cup itself makes it very easy to tip over. Also, when I stuck my finger inside, it seemed like there were a couple spots where bubbles that weren’t popped leaving like a sharp broken bubble where it wasn’t quite sealed. Better QC. I absolutely love the colors.

I love the cup I have which is the 12 oz size. It’s great with the arthritis in my hands not to have a handle. I just ordered a 16 oz size to be able to put more creme in my cup when I have 10 oz coffee!

I purchased four of these cups because I am having trouble having the strength to open screw-on lids on my other thermal cups. These cups are beautiful, but more importantly, their lids are so easy for me to use. One request to the company is to have handle options on this style. That would make them even easier to use.

I really liked the cup but I think I would order a bigger size. The sad part is I got to use it one day. I was carrying it out to my car and my door bumped it and knocked it out of my hand and it shattered on the ground. So I guess I can’t give a fair review. They may be a bit to fragile.
