We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@novaceramics.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Love the color! Looks bright and cheery like the photo. I was hesitant to order a 12 oz because it sounded small but it's just like a normal coffee cup. I don't find the sleeve necessary because the cup doesn't not get hot to the touch and I wish the coffee Stayed hotter but the lid doesn't. But I still really enjoy the cup!
Beautiful cup. Gets very hot so the sleeve is a must but I like that it keeps my hands warm. The only thing I don’t love is that the plastic top has a very chemically smell when I go to drink from it.

Beautiful mug, but the size in the online photos are deceiving despite the measurement. A 12oz regular coffee mug just hits different with a morning coffee compared to this tall, skinny 12oz mug. I didn’t measure but would be surprised if it actually holds 12 oz. It’s more like a toddler size.
