We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@novaceramics.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

It feels strange to love a physical object this much. I waited months to buy this Horizon Cup, putting it in my cart multiple times and then changing my mind, because most things look better on Instagram than IRL and I’ve been burned so many times. I love my new mug. I got the 12 oz and it’s the perfect size for my walk to drop of my kids at school. It’s so pretty and cute (if a mug can be cute). I will say the sleeve is necessary as the mug does get hot, so keep that in mind!

I really like my cup. It keeps my coffee hot longer than a typical ceramic cup. Fits nicely in my hand and feels secure with the silicone sleeve. I like the silicone lid too. Doesn’t leak except through the hole where it’s supposed to. I sort of wish I had gotten the next size up, but I’m very happy with my purchase

I was really looking forward to purple! Being that it was the seeping point for me in the pictures and description. Unfortunately, after my second order of the cup, it was even worse. By that I mean all orange w the smallest band of purple. I understand all cups are different, which is great! But not having the colors described is unfortunate. LOVE my other cups though:)

Love this little mug! I use it for tea, coffee, even wine 🍷 It’s a great size for me. I’m so grateful it came with the rubber holder for hot beverages, and rubber sipper top helps a lot when I’m on the go. Next time I’ll get a more vibrant one, but the subtle lavender and stone grey is beautiful on the horizon mug. The terracotta color on the top and inside pulls it all together 🌄
