We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@novaceramics.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. I’ve been putting off reviewing for a little but glad I waited until now. I am obsessed it’s the only cup I use now and can’t wait to order more. Super pretty to look at and really makes me even more excited for my morning coffee. This morning I was heading out the door and knocked my coffee off the table onto my hardwood floor and the cup is still perfect. Only a couple tablespoons of coffee came out too so I’m impressed!

My cup is beautiful and I’ve used it daily since it arrived. I noticed yesterday that it has developed a hairline crack, despite following all instructions for use and care. I’m hoping it does not develop a leak that will make the cup unusable.

I really like it. The outside does get very hot, the grips do help. Coffee cools off quicker than stainless steel but tastes better!

The 16oz Aurora cup was a gift for a friend’s birthday. She is a wonderful woman who loves gardening, and she loved the coloring of the Aurora.
This was a gift for my sister for her birthday. She absolutely loved it and the color she wanted.
Not impressed with actual color of cup. I know they are hand made but picture showed 3 different colors fading into each other. It looked beautiful. When cup arrived for my wife’s birthday, it looked nothing like tue picture. The 3 colors all looked melted into 1 color, not tue 3 distinct colors like the pictures on the website.
I realize these are all handmade so they are not going to look exactly like the photo you choose your mug by, but mine didn’t look anything like it. I was just disappointed with the overall coloring. As far as functionality, it works fine.. this was the second mug that I had purchased with the same issue.
