We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@novaceramics.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Refunds

Beautiful cup. They are so neat. I love it. The only bummer is the rubber cover hides the beautiful ceramic design. I've tried it without the cover but it's too hot to hold without it. Otherwise it's perfect and they are correct the coffee does taste better than stainless steel!

I got the 12 oz Abyss coffee cup. It is gorgeous! It feels substantial in my hand and I love the silicone lid and sleeve. It does not alter the flavor of my coffee and doesn’t give me that weird tooth feeling that stainless steel does. The 12 oz is the perfect size for a decent cup of coffee. However, when it cools off down here in Florida I will be buying the 16 oz size for hot teas and hot chocolate! Plus these would make an excellent gift! I highly recommend and will definitely buy more!

First of all, I only brew my coffee and I’m retired; so I drink a lot of coffee. I feel like I have used many different coffee holders in my day. I love this coffee mug. The fact that it is ceramic and not metal is fabulous. It’s much different and looks much better. I just love to bring it to the park when I meet my friends or if I have a meeting. It is gorgeous and very functional. It keeps my coffee warm and has elevated my “coffee to go”game. I was skeptical but you have won me over! Now I need them in more colors so I will be ordering more. Keep making this perfect coffee cup to go!! While you are doing that I’ll keep turning people on to the awesome product !!

The mug is gorgeous but was much smaller than expected. The description says 12 oz but when I used the 12 oz cup setting on my keurig, it overflows.

Wonderful cup. The reason for 4 stars is the cup doesn’t actually hold 12 oz of liquid. However, it is beautiful and fits perfectly in my hand and car cupholder. The silicon top and sleeve are quite helpful and fit perfectly. My new go to coffee cup.

My own fault, but no less of a bummer, I dropped your beautiful mug while taking it out of the box and it shattered. I will make a mosaic with it.
I think the cups are beautiful but they just don’t keep the coffee warm enough.
The cup is so pretty; it’s substantial and feels good as you grip it; the lid and sleeve fit well. My only suggestion is that you put the sleeve on first before putting hot coffee in because the ceramic cup surface is quite warm to the touch.
I ended up getting one for me, the wife, and boy…. Love the product. Unfortunately my cup’s lid was damaged. Probably will have to order a new 16oz silicone lid. Greats cups and colors…!

Really nice quality - the base is very narrow and easily tips. Wish I had done the larger size as the 12 oz doesn’t hold a full cup of Nespresso coffee with room for creamer.
