We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@novaceramics.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds

I love this mug. It fits in my car holder. The silicone band makes it easy to hold onto. It’s very easy to drink out of with or without the lid. This is my second one and I plan on getting two more.
Coffee in a a hand made travel mug, yes please! I purchased 2 mugs and immediately put them into rotation even though I dont have a morning commute at the moment. The glazes are gorgeous and the lid is a perfect fit; I was skeptical at first but have not had any leaks, even after running them through my dishwasher (top rack). The mugs will definitely make my transition of "back to school" with a 50 minute commute a little bit easier this year.

I was looking for a cup that I could use driving/riding and not spilling my coffee all over me. This cup fits my drink holders great, the top is soft enough that it does not hurt me if I hit a bump in the road not to mention it cleans well with no parts that trap gunk around the mouth piece. Also it cleans easily and keeps my coffee hot to the last drop. I don’t know if others have experienced the coffee lag time from taking a sip to waiting for your coffee to hit your mouth but this is perfect for that as well. I have not spilled one bit drinking to taste my morning brew! Love it!

Like the ceramic, but didn’t realize we would have to use the rubber sleeve to keep from burning our hands. Never thought about the fact that the heat of the liquid would go right through the ceramic. The sleeve makes the circumference of the cup too large to hold comfortably.

Beautiful tea cup ~ keeps my tea hot, if I let it cool too much I just pop it in the microwave to warm it up. I get a lot of compliments along with ‘where did you get this’?
My wife loves the cups! The only reason for 4 stars versus 5 is that she loves the glosses feeling on the top half of the cups but the raw feeling on the bottom half of the cup is a little abrasive.
Love it because I can take it in the car with me but I ,really miss the silicon lid. I was recently in the hospital & staff threw out the silicon lid! I am trying to figure out how to replace it. Can you help me?
I feel like I fell for false advertising. The value was poor for mass produced. The glaze was not like advertised just a beige boring glazed cup. I like that it fits in my cup holder and the lid is nice but not worth +$30.
I like the “grip” that fits on the mug. I am not disappointed with my choice of colors. I chose 16oz. Guess I may get one of the 12oz
