We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@novaceramics.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Love this mug! Wanted a travel coffee mug that didn’t make my coffee taste metallic. Love the colors and it sits perfectly in my car cup holder (and the lid is an excellent fit— I admit I was worried it wouldn’t stay on, but it does!).

The horizon cup is undeniably beautiful, and I take it with me when dropping kids off at school. The only note worth making is that the horizon part of the design is covered by the silicone holder. I don’t think that is avoidable, but it also means the prettiest part of the cup is concealed.

It arrived broken and initially I received an email saying it would be replaced asap but it has been weeks with no response other than automated messages telling me to contact customer support which I have done many times. No phone number to contact you.
The mug is fine. The person I bought it for likes it and it serves its purpose well. I didn't like spending extra money for 2-day shipping just to receive the product 2+ days from the point of purchase. If you're going to offer priority shipping, and charge for it, the expectation is you deliver on that priority shipping. I watched my order sit with a mailing label made for 3 days and even after pick up from FedEx it took more than 2 days to get delivered. It was really annoying to watch this delay when I specifically paid to avoid this.

I love this cup! It's just a pretty in real life as it appears on your screen, except it's even prettier. The design is smart - not too big to prevent it easily fitting in your hand nor too small to hold enough precious coffee. Additionally, it isn't so top-heavy that it's a toppling hazard.
