We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@novaceramics.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Refunds

Happy to have a plastic free option for coffee on the go.. But giving it a solid three because a co worker got the exact same mug off Amazon.. pattern etc to the T identical.. What I got is NOT what I purchased, as you can see there’s no drip in top white color.. Sad day.

The physical part of the Mug is well made, but I'm disappointed by the look. I ordered the grapefruit mug based on the photos on the website - it looks so bright and happy with the orange and white drip in the photos, and I was disappointed when the mug arrived due to the look. The orange looks like the same / similar color as the website, but there is no drip - only a straight line across with much more red vs white than advertised. I understand with pieces like this they will vary mug to mug, but I would not have purchased if the image of what I received was on the website.

This is my favorite cup now. I won't use any other kind. The lid is the game changer for me(as I spill my coffee all the time). The lid makes for zero spills and keeps my coffee hot all the way til the end. Knowing its ceramic and non-toxic is so nice. And it's absolutely beautiful. I want 7 more!

I love drinking out of a real coffee cup and this gives me the option as a to go cup. The lid doesn’t leak and the sleeve helps it not slip from your hand. I ordered one for me and one for a gift and I can’t wait to order another one for myself!

This doesn't look anything like the advertisement. The image of the Grapefruit cup on your website shows the top color dripping. This is a solid line of color between the two, so I'm really disappointed.
It’s like a party on a cup, I love it! I really wish it had the black wrap and topper though, I’m afraid it will maybe yellow or show stains. It’s too new to tell. I wish we could pick those colors too! How about some other colors?
