We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@novaceramics.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds

It's just perfect. I wanted to enjoy my coffee on the go, the same as my coffee at home.
Please notice that this 16 oz Emerald cup does not have the beautiful delineation of the deep green line that divides the lighter and medium shades of green, like it’s sister design, Horizon, which I also have and love! You might say it looks more like the pink Astral cup, but in green. I do know these are all pieces of art and different, but this is very different. In the 2nd photo I sent, you see this cup next to the Horizon cup - big difference Could I please get a Return label snail mailed to me (no access to printer) to exchange for an Emerald cup in it’s original design? I have plans to order many other designs for Christmas gifts! I love them so much!
Loved the 16 oz travel mug even more than the 12 oz. Not too big to hold but big enough to hold my espresso drinks. I brought it everywhere with me and of course it got knocked over and broke 💔 will be getting another one soon though, highly recommend!

I have wanted this cup for so long! I actually purchased one for my boss last year after seeing such good reviews. It took me a while, but I finally decided I would get one for myself and I have not been disappointed! It’s the perfect cup for home and on the go. I love the color, it is very easy to clean, fits in all my cup holders, including my bag chair cup holder! The cup is beautiful, a fine work of art. I like the lid and holder. But, I poured a 12oz can of sparkling water in the cup and there wasn't room for much more. I also attempted 16oz of water, poured from a 2-cup measuring cup. This was too much water, and it overflowed. So I'm just a bit disappointed the cup doesn't actually hold 16oz. Lori

I’m very happy with my Emerald 16 oz cup with sleeve and lid. The lid seals nicely and the sleeve makes it comfortable to handle. The color is pretty and the size is perfect for my morning coffee. I am thinking of getting another in a different color not because I need it just because I enjoy this one so much!
This is the 16oz cup. It’s a perfect size, fits in my car cup holder and the silicone top stays on tight. The silicone sleeve is a definite bonus too! The color of the ceramic is pretty. I prefer drinking my traveling coffee out of a ceramic mug, this one is just perfect!!
