We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@novaceramics.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Love the cup a ton! I have been waiting for so long for a ceramic cup thats beautiful and fits into my cup holder. For some reason, the stainless steel makes the coffee taste different. A few things to note: 1. The rubber grip/hand holder seems a bit too tight. Im scared that its going to crush the cup when getting it on 2. I absolutely love the gritty ceramicy feel of the bottom half. However, it screaches the plastic parts of my cup holder that help stabilize the cup. My mug actually has tens of black screeches along this bottom portion because of this. I don't want the cup to change, but maybe if there was a sleeve accessory? or a cloth accessory I can attach to my cup hold? I put some napkins in the cup holder and that solved my problem. 3. lastly, I love the lid rubbery material, but it also very slightly changes the taste of my coffee. I was wondering if there could be a ceramic mouth piece on this rubbery lid. Anyways just food for thought, its perfect in every other way? Fits well in my hand, and a great size. Even though I got the "simpler" looking one, its very unique amongst my mugs.

The reason I got the Nova Ceramic cup was to replace my stainless steel tumblers. While you're told that steel tumblers don't affect taste, they do. My coffee taste matters. Even if it's 'work coffee', I don't want it to have an essence of metal. I'm not picky about much of anything but coffee is my vice, as it were. Nova? Did the trick. Obvious, but the ceramic cup lets the coffee be coffee. If I'm honest, those reading a review of a tumbler for $30+, you're like me with regard to coffee taste fussiness. If so, you're going to be pleased. And yes, it looks nice too. The sleeve and cap fit nicely. I was owrried becaude not all silicone stuff like this works well. The top is secure once you snug it on. The sleeve does not slide all the way up as yet but it slide to where I hold a cup, so I'm cool with that. You can toss that metal tumbler work gave you in to the same pile as the other two you got from them this year!

I like drinking my coffee out of ceramic instead of paper/styrophone/metal. It feels like I'm drinking out of a coffee mug. I also like that it doesn't have a handle and fits into the drink holder in my car. Love it!

I love the size and the look of the cup but it is very very hot to handle. Even with the sleeve. And difficult to put the sleeve on after it brews.

My wife loves the cups! The only reason for 4 stars versus 5 is that she loves the glosses feeling on the top half of the cups but the raw feeling on the bottom half of the cup is a little abrasive.

The cup is very pretty however, lid is silicone and doesn't smell very good. Also, I bought this thinking it would fit in my cup holder in my car but it doesn't come in and out easily.

I like the minimalist style and neutral color. The silicone sleeve and lid stretch out after a while and no longer fit snuggly. This is more of a concern with the lid - leaking and dripping with sipping.

This is a l orly mug for travel. It’s well made and arrived fast. The mug looks nicer than anything you’ll find at a chain coffee shop. But the lid is still the same as what you’ll find there- floppy silicon. Which is fine, just down match how elevated “the mug is. The white lid is harder to clean/holds color of the coffee Overall I love it. Better lid and it would be 5+ stars.
