We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@novaceramics.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Love this gorgeous cup!
Really disappointed with the colors on this mug. I specifically chose this one for the pink color and while I understand there will be variation for each mug, the white takes over nearly this entire mug. I find it completely different from the photos due to the lack of the main color I thought I was ordering. It makes me worried to try to purchase other designs I think I like. Will likely end up pursuing a return as it has been here a day and every time I look at it I am disappointed in how lack luster the design is due to missing dark pink that was advertised. Haven’t used it yet, so can’t comment on functionality.
I purchased this design in a 12 oz travel mug and gave it to my daughter as a gift. I loved it so much I had to buy it in a 16 oz for myself. The color is beautiful. Workmanship is superb. Makes me want one in every design. Items are shipped promptly and always safely packed to prevent any breakage.

Love the actual mug. It’s beautiful. However, I ordered a 16oz to comfortably take my mug of coffee on the go. The fill level for a 16oz is not reasonably able to do that. It overflows and is messy. There should be some allowance to allow for a comfortable drink drink fill, mix and travel.

The 16oz mug actually doesn't hold 16oz. So its $40 for a small cup. Per the email from Nova Ceramic support "For everyday practical use (especially when allowing some head space for the lid and comfortable sipping), the usable fill will typically be a bit less, which can make it seem closer to about 12-14oz when measured the way most people naturally fill their cup for daily; the same goes with 12oz cup which can make about 9-10oz leaving a headspace."
I am such a fan of reusable drink cups, and I usually drink my coffee in the car for school drop off… and this beautiful mug is perfect! I love the color, love the shape (fits in cup holder easily), and love the silicone lid & hugger! I want more in more colors now so I can throw away my stainless steel coffee cups!
